Visits
Subject to the Terms and Conditions set out in this document, HPG may arrange an inspection visit for the Client to view properties. HPG will subsidise the package and the Client will pay a fixed price per person. The inspection visit will include a subsidised return flight, complimentary accommodation for a stipulated period, complimentary transfers and transportation as required for the provision of the Services throughout the inspection visit.

HPG is not responsible for, nor accepts liability for, the actions of any third party supplier of travel, accommodation or entertainment services or for the performance of those services

HPG is not liable for any loss or expense suffered by the Client as a result of delay or cancellation of travel arrangements by reason of unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of HPG.

HPG will provide the Services on the condition that the Client must attend the whole programme arranged by HPG for the duration of the inspection visit. If the Client fails to attend the whole programme or if HPG forms the reasonable view that the Client does not intend to attend the whole of the programme the Client will be responsible for the full outlay incurred by HPG in arranging the inspection visit for the Client including all third party costs for which HPG is liable as a result of the Client entering into this contract. This includes, but may not be limited to, the cost of flights, accommodation, meals, entertainment, transfers and transportation.

In addition, the Client will be responsible for the full outlay incurred by HPG in arranging the inspection visit if the Client cancels the flight, fails to catch the flight, alters the flight without the written authorisation of HPG, if HPG forms the reasonable view that the Client intends to cancel the flight or if, in the reasonable opinion of HPG, the Client is behaving in a way which will cause or is likely to cause danger or distress or annoyance to others or damage to property. In this latter situation, the Client will be responsible for arranging and paying for travel back to the United Kingdom and if HPG incurs expense as a result of the Client’s behaviour the Client shall fully compensate HPG for that expense.

The Client must have access to available funds to pay a reservation fee consisting of 10% of the agreed purchase price in the country of the inspection visit or within 7 days of returning to the United Kingdom. In addition the client must also have sufficient funds to meet in full the payment terms stipulated in the purchase contract and the raising of funds are not dependant upon the sale of a property. If the Client does not have sufficient funds to adhere to the payment criteria mentioned, the Client will be responsible for the full outlay incurred by HPG in arranging the inspection visit for the Client.

Collection of Personal Information
In order for you to request or submit information to us, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself or your company by completing and submitting an online form. In completing an online form, we may require that you submit personal information, such as your name, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address and other personal information. When you submit information to us, you understand and agree that we may store your information in a secure manner on our secure servers. We collect this information in order to record and support your suggestions and requests for information and we use the information that you provide as part of our effort to keep you informed about our services. We appreciate the importance of responsible use of this information. If you do not want the information you provide to us to be used to inform you of other services and you indicate this preference when you provide the information to us, we will honour your preference. Under no circumstances do we pass information submitted through this web site to other organisations.
